針對化學實驗室場所的空調解決方案,由于化學實驗室無明顯發熱設備,且對噪音控制有較高要求。根據化學實驗室場所的特點,空調選型推薦為:HIMOD M42機型。
The solution for a chemistry laboratory warehouse is equipped with higher requirements for temperature and humidity control and energy saving because of the no heating in the chemistry laboratory. According to the characteristics of the space for the chemistry laboratory, the selection of model is recommended as HIMOD M42.
經濟效益評估:(Economic Evaluation)
一、  該化學實驗室需安裝空調面積總計100平方米左右,化學實驗室無發熱設備,且對噪音控制有較高要求。依據實際情況每平米所需制冷量平均按350W計算,總需求的35KW制冷量。
The total area is of about 100 square meters for the chemistry laboratory, and there is no heating source, and it requires the temperature and humidity control and energy saving features. Required cooling capacity per square meter on average calculated based on the actual situation according to 350W, the total demand for cooling capacity is of 35KW.
二、  要滿足該項目35KW的制冷量,需使用HIMOD M42機組1套裝機。
To meet the cooling capacity of 35KW, this project is needed to use one set of unit (HIMOD M42).
三、  經濟效益對比:傳統空調滿足35KW制冷量的輸入功率至少為12KW左右,而HIMOD M42機組1套主機的輸入功率合計為7.5KW,主機部分省電37.5%,全年共計節省電費0.86萬元以上。(按1年運行8個月,1月運行30天,1天運行8小時,用電按1元1度計算)
 
Comparison of economic benefits: the traditional air-conditioning input power (35KW cooling capacity) is at least about 12KW, and the HIMOD M42 input power per set is of 7.5KW. The energy saving is up to 37.5%. The annual saving is more than 8600 CNY. (According to 8 months per year, 30 days per month, 8 hours per day of operation, electricity by 1 CNY/1 degree calculation)
